POCT privileges at SFGH are contingent on approval from the Director of the Clinical Laboratory and the POCT Committee. POCT is a privilege, not a right. To apply for approval for an existing test or for a new test to be considered, download the appropriate form below and submit completed form to the POCT Committee (2M14).
